Returns
All SALES ARE FINAL . If you are debating on gowns and would like to see more images simply email us at hello@blissbridalwinnipeg.com or call us at 204.475.5528 and we can make arrangements to set up a virtual call.
Purchases
Please note that when you are making a purchase from “Our online Shop” you are purchasing a gown that is from our showroom, which means that you are not the only one looking at the gown.
Steps for Purchasing your gown:
Find the one you love
Click on dress icon to review gown details (please take note of all details when reviewing)
If you have some hesitations please feel free to contact us via email to set up a Virtual Appointment to take a closer look at your dream gown or we can simply send you more images.
Love it….Say “YES TO THE DRESS” by clicking the “MINE”button
Fill out necessary information and select shipping options. We also have local pick up as an option.
Dress Details
Under each dress heading please take note of the condition of the gown. Please note that most of the gowns have been tried on previously by Brides like yourself looking for the one. They have not been altered in any way (unless specified under the dress heading).
Under each gown icon we have noted all imperfections that the dress may have. We also stated whether or not dry cleaning is necessary, but this is just our recommendation. Please use your own discretion.
If we have modified our sample in any way, it is noted in the dress description. Thumbnail photos will have the original style, but we will also included the modified version.
Shipping
At the moment we are currently shipping to Canada and USA. (please note that durning the holidays it may take a little longer).
For USA residence please note that you will be responsible to pay for duties and taxes.
Once your order has shipped you will be sent an email notification with the tracking number associated with your package.
Alterations
Don’t be alarmed by the way the dress fits initially. All dress listings have a corresponding measurement from the designer. Don’t get stuck on the number. Please note that the dresses have NOT been altered in any way unless specified.
When it is time for alterations, the seamstress working on your dress will alter your gown to fit your body shape. Dresses can be sized down 3-4 sizes and can be released approximately 2 inches depending on the seam allowance.
